My personal favorite is the Blue Parrot BT-250. It has 10 hours of crystal clear talk time. $129. msrp, but you should be able to find one for about $79.00 US. The background noise elimination works great. The person on the other end cannot hear the difference if I roll down my window when I am driving. It is also well made. The headset is able to withstand everything that happens with me

There is a newer model, appaently with more talk time and the ability to talk while you recharge the battery.

Thanks for the great info, perfec timing as I'm looking for a new headset. Although I do like the idea of wireless with no static so I am going to check out the GN Netcom 9120 from Todd Lowell's comment.

Todd, I have used the GN Netcom 9120 for about 5 years now. I am only on my second one. It is the ultimate for wireless, has a range of about 300' but I get 180 crystal clear through the house and my office on the other side of the house. they are not cheap, but I get it through Hello Direct. Mine only works with the regular phone (not a cell) but no wires and no hip boxes.

Thanks for all the great Blogs!!

I run the wire under my shirt so it pops out around my waist or through the opening between 2 buttons. Minimizes the wire dangling.
