Bad Business Practices…Avoid these at all costs!

Let’s face it. Some people do it right and some don’t. Listen to these horror stories and learn what NOT to do as well as what TO do and your business will soar.

Interesting update…when I’m referring to the Fitness Club in this video, they STILL decided to not honor their FREE 6 month membership coupon, even though the expiration date was a year from now…printed on the actual certificate. Very interesting stories and GREAT lessons to be learned about doing things right and doing things WRONG!

    The shoddy business practices you talk about here Todd can be found everywhere. That’s why so many businesses have failed over the past couple of years…nothing to do with the economy…just a realignment of values…people will pay if they feel that they are receiving value for their money. If people do not feel as though they are being taken care of properly…they will flee and find someone else to take care of them the right way.

    I have always lived by the under-promise and over-deliver philosophy of my early business mentors. It is easier to delight someone by going the unexpected extra mile than it is to get a lost customer back.

    People talk about everything…and they LOVE to talk to their friends about their bad experiences. I, for one, can’t afford the kind of reputation that would give me.

    Great information going into the busy season for us. Thank you for all that you do. you are appreciated !!

    We only need a few customers in network marketing, there should be no reason NOT to cater to their every need. This should also apply to our upline and downline as well.

    I’m staying away from salad bars now!
