Crazy! I will say once I started reading labels I started to improve my health. Not a coincidence.
Hi Todd,
People talk bad about MLM companies all the time but at least they usually have great products whereas with all the big food companies play with words like Natural to make things look good but when you read the label they are crap…
People really need to read the labels before they put something into their bodies.
Have a great day!
Robert Garcia
I also bought a 12-pack of those new Lipton Sparkling Green Teas (”Berry” flavored). LIttle did I know until after I read the ingredients that I shouldn’t have actually bought it. Yech … basically the same ingredients as that other “diet” brand.
I guess there’s a first time … and a last time … for everything. Tastes great … not that great for you!
BTW, you knocked it out of the park on last night’s call. That was an awesome call!
Don’t get me started – another scary one that people don’t look at is what is in the things you put on your skin!!! The skin is the largest organ we have and most of the things we use on a daily basis have alot of toxins. Or look at the physicians desk reference at what is in the vaccinations that are given to our kids..SUPER SCARY !!! Do the benefits outweigh the crap they put in there ie latex, what in the world is latex in a shot for ???
I recently read that green tea drinks such as the one you tossed are not good for you. I found that I can take a couple of organic tea bags, splenda, and make a weeks worth of tea for a fraction of the cost of bottled tea and mine is healthier.
Yea Todd! Go organic! You should see our garden now!
Hey David, Splenda is not good for you! Get stevia instead or agave instead. They are natural and actually very, very good for you!
“Splenda is not natural; it is a chlorinated artificial sweetener. There have been no long-term human studies on the safety of Splenda; however, issues have been raised about Splenda in a new study from Duke University.
According to the study, Splenda “suppresses beneficial bacteria and directly affects the expression of the transporter P-gp and cytochrome P-450 isozymes that are known to interfere with the bioavailability of drugs and nutrients.”
To Your Health!
Peace Out!

It’s amazing the stuff that goes into the products that are sold in this country.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
Todd, You are absolutely right! Drink water and make your own tea. In fact, use 9.5 Kangen Water and the micro-clustering property will allow you to make at least 15 cups of tea from one tea bag. Save money, actually hydrate at a cellular level, and Definitely improve your health. What kind of water do you drink? Acidic or alkaline?
I bought that same stuff, and another diet green tea that had some horrible things in it (including MSG!)…definitely everyone needs to be reading labels!
Right on the money again Todd. If you can barely pronounce it, don’t put it into your body. Aspartame, corn fructose, sucralose and whatever other names they come up with for sugar substitutes are directly responsible for the demise of our and our children’s health.
Yeah Todd…totally agree. I’m guessing that you’re talking about the Green Tea Super Antioxidant by Yogi. It also happens to be the best tasting green tea I’ve ever found. If you have a Trader Joes up there, Check out TJ’s “Kettle Brewed Unsweetened Green & White Tea.” It’s an ice tea that comes in a big jug ready to drink. Excellent!
